Anti-Spam Policy

This statement applies to Han Hp Hucvang (from now on mentioned as Han Hp Hucvang) websites and services that display or link to this notice (“Services”). Han Hp Hucvang prohibits the use of the Services in any manner associated with the transmission, distribution or delivery of any unsolicited bulk or unsolicited commercial e-mail ("Spam"). You may not use any Services to send Spam. You also may not deliver Spam or cause Spam to be delivered to any of Han Hp Hucvang's Services or customers. In addition, e-mail sent, or caused to be sent, to or through the Services may not:

• Use or contain invalid or forged headers;
• Use or contain invalid or non-existent domain names;
• Employ any technique to otherwise misrepresent, hide or obscure any information in identifying the point of origin or the transmission path.
• Use other means of deceptive addressing;
• Use a third party's internet domain name, or be relayed from or through a third party's equipment, without permission of the third party.
• Contain false or misleading information in the subject line or otherwise contain false or misleading content
• Fail to comply with additional technical standards described below; or
• Otherwise violate the applicable Terms of Use for the Services

Han Hp Hucvang does not authorize the harvesting, mining or collection of e-mail addresses or other information from or through the Services. Han Hp Hucvang does not permit or authorize others to use the Services to collect, compile or obtain any information about Han Hp Hucvang's customers or subscribers, including but not limited to subscriber e-mail addresses, which are Han Hp Hucvang's confidential and proprietary information. Use of the Services is also subject to the applicable Privacy Statement and Terms of Use.

Han Hp Hucvang does not permit or authorize any attempt to use the Services in a manner that could damage, disable, overburden or impair any aspect of any of the Services, or that could interfere with any other party's use and enjoyment of any Service.

If Han Hp Hucvang believes that unauthorized or improper use is being made of any Service, it may, without notice, take such action as it, in its sole discretion, deems appropriate, including blocking messages from a particular internet domain, mail server or IP address. Han Hp Hucvang may immediately terminate any account on any Service which it determines, in its sole discretion, is transmitting or is otherwise connected with any e-mail that violates this policy.

Nothing in this policy is intended to grant any right to transmit or send e-mail to, or through, the Services. Failure to enforce this policy in every instance does not amount to a waiver of Han Hp Hucvang's rights.

Unauthorized use of the Services in connection with the transmission of unsolicited e-mail, including the transmission of e-mail in violation of this policy, may result in civil, criminal, or administrative penalties against the sender and those assisting the sender.

Email and Prohibited Content

Your use of Han Hp Hucvang's (Han Hp Hucvang) website and services is subject to this policy. If you are found to be in violation of our policies at any time, as determined by Han Hp Hucvang in its sole discretion, we may warn you, or suspend or terminate your account. Please note that, in accordance with the Han Hp Hucvang Terms of Use, we may change this policy at any time. It is your responsibility to keep up-to-date with and comply with this policy.

Bulk Email Requirements

Han Hp Hucvang has a zero-tolerance spam policy. This means that all email recipients must have opted in to, or otherwise validly consented to, receiving communications from you, the sender. Subscriber accounts may be terminated for sending unsolicited email messages.

Email messages sent in connection with a Han Hp Hucvang must contain an "unsubscribe" link that allows subscribers to remove themselves from your email messages. You acknowledge and agree that you will not hide, disable, or remove or attempt to hide, disable, or remove the opt-out link from the email invitation. You will actively manage and process unsubscribe requests received by you directly within ten days of submission, and update your email lists and address books to reflect the unsubscribe requests.

You are responsible for ensuring that the email messages you send in connection with your bulk mail do not generate a number of spam complaints or bounce rates in excess of industry standards. If Han Hp Hucvang determines that your level of spam complaints or bounce rate is higher than industry standards, Han Hp Hucvang, at its sole discretion, has the right to suspend or terminate your use of its website and services. If you receive low response rates, high abuse rates or high bounce rates, we may request additional information regarding your mailing lists to investigate and attempt to resolve the problem, or in some cases we may suspend or remove email privileges on your account.

Bulk Email Restrictions

Emails you send via Han Hp Hucvang must have a valid reply-to email address owned or managed by you. You can only use Han Hp Hucvang to send emails to lists of people that gave you permission to email them. If you don't have proof that each recipient on your list opted in for your emails, don't import them into Han Hp Hucvang.

We prohibit the use of harvested mailing lists. Han Hp Hucvang will terminate accounts violating this prohibition. We prohibit the use of third-party, purchased, or rented mailing lists unless you are able to provide proof that individuals on the list have opted-in to receiving emails of the type you will be sending them. You must not send unsolicited mail to newsgroups, message boards, distribution lists, or email addresses.

You must not send any commercial electronic mail messages (as defined in the CAN-SPAM Act of 2003) to any recipient who has opted out, unsubscribed, or otherwise objected to receiving such messages from you or another party on whose behalf you may be commissioned. If you intend on sending commercial emails, you should familiarize yourself with the CAN-SPAM Act, which outlines requirements under United States law for sending out such emails, and any other applicable anti-spam laws. You must not use Han Hp Hucvang to send emails with deceptive subject lines or false or misleading header information.

Reporting Spam

If you suspect that Han Hp Hucvang has been used by someone to send spam, please contact us immediately at info@hanhphucvang.com and we will investigate the matter.
